Essential Functions: Supervise team of Quality Control Inspectors Train inspectors to the use of all related inspection programs and quality assurance documentation Develop measurement and analysis criteria to ensure product conformity and Quality Management System effectiveness Develop Quality Assurance procedures and forms Attend departmental and inter-departmental meetings Interact with other departments to achieve Quality Assurance goals and objectives Assist in preparation for external audits by FDA and ISO 13485 auditors Perform internal quality audits Medical device reporting activities Process customer complaints Perform employee evaluations Corrective and preventive action activities

Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Supervisory skills Must be able to perform effectively in a fast pace manufacturing environment Risk management skills

Qualifications: Experience in an ISO 13485 manufacturing company Experience working with FDA cGMPs Must be experienced in performing audits and being the auditee for external audits Coordinate meeting activities Experienced in developing FEMAsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
