Account Manager / Staffing Recruiter

The Account Manager / Recruiter in Smyrna, TN is accountable for ensuring the availability of qualified flexible employees through appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve total client satisfaction. He/She must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry. Previous experience in staffing, human resources/recruiting, customer service or retail is a plus.
Capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
¬oInteracts with customers over the phone and in person
¬oIdentify recruiting needs and develop recruiting sources.
¬oRecruit, interview, make employment decisions.
¬oDetermine client needs, place appropriately skilled employees on assignments and conduct quality control audits.
¬oCommunicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications for the Account Manager / Recruiter in Smyrna, TN:
1. Four year college degree and 2 ‚EUR" 3 years of customer service/ human resource experience or a combination of education and experience.
2. Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office products.
3. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills.
4. Light industrial recruiting or job placement experience is a plus!!!!
