ARE YOU A HARD WORKING, DEPENDABLE, AND RELIABLE PERSON LOOKING FOR A SOLID WORK OPPORTUNITY Volt Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for the BEST OF THE BEST for a Stamping Press Operator position we have here in the La Vergne, TN area. If you have a solid work history and desire to work hard, then we are looking for you. The chosen candidate will have a MINIMUM of 1 year recent experience operating a Stamping Press.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following background, skills and experiences:
Experience running medium to heavy manufacturing equipment
Demonstrate ability to read specifications, check products for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, manage physically demanding work, manual dexterity, attention to detail
Able to work a long work schedule on short notice (up to 12 hours a day)
Maintenance background a plus
Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds throughout shift
Bending and squatting required
Ability to work 8-10 hour shift on Day Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm
Ability to work Contingent to Hire
Minimum High School Education or Equivalent
