Mortgage Loan Officer

A community bank is confidentially looking to add another member to their lending family. They are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer that can hit the ground running and be a valuable member of the team. The company prides itself on being able to have a quick turn around on credit decisions to get deals done.

Requirements:


  • 3 years of mortgage lending experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other relevant fields of study (strongly preferred; may be substituted with experience)
  • Must have a strong track record of production
  • Must be licensed with NMLS
  • Strong business development skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
