We love what we do, and it shows! We are seeking a skilled expanded functions dental assistant to join our team.
As our EFDA, you will have the opportunity to perform restorations and sealants while building rapport with our young patients.

7:
30 am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7:
30am - 1pm on Friday What You Will Do:
Must be able to work in a pediatric, child friendly environment Review all patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and treatment Verify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standards Verify the patient has consent for treatment from parent or guardian Advise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concerns Demonstrate the ability to properly perform restorations and sealants.
Demonstrate proper isolation.
Demonstrate the ability to properly preform coronal polishing and apply fluoride.
Demonstrate the ability to properly place and remove rubber dams, matrices, & wedges.
Demonstrate the ability to properly apply cavity liners and bases.
Provide patient and parent/guardian homecare instructions.
Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA and company standards.
This includes; scrubbing instruments, packing the instruments and processing them through the statim or autoclave sterilizer Must maintain Dental Assisting License in good standing and complete the CE Credits required by state What You Will Need:
High school diploma or equivalent Current State of TN EFDA License Current CPR Healthcare Provider Certification Polishing, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, and Sealant Certification What We Offer:
