We are currently seeking candidates to fill a Manufacturing Performance Manager role to support our global operations.
Job Summary The EAPW Standardization Manager will be responsible for Global Manufacturing Standardization activity including the continued development, improvement and upkeep of the EAPW production Management system utilizing regional benchmarking and battery manufacturing industry best practices.
Focus will include Global standardization of business principles / rules and consistent collaborations with existing facilities through remote leadership of a global support team.
This position will report to the Sr.
Manager of Global EAPW.
Job Functions Serves a major role in the development of Global Envision AESC Production Way based on lean manufacturing principles Development, management, control, standardization, of Global documents TQM/AOP and EAPW related event facilitation Plays a key role in the development / facilitation of a Global Digital Platform Supports and participates in efforts of Maintenance Incorporation to the Global production management system External Audit Support (ISO, IATF, VDA, etc.
) Recurring Reports / Status updates EAPW Training Performs regional audits as needed to ensure EAPW compliance Project activity (In relation to evaluation data and KPI areas of need) New Plant Support / Participation Horizontal / Benchmarking - related activities Ensures alignment of manufacturing system with Global KPI's and industry standards (ISO, IATF, VDA, etc.
) Maintains SharePoint (or similar) standards database for EAPW system.
Manages a global team - provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training, and staff development As necessary, perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
Management Responsibilities Has professional subordinates at a global level.
Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training and staff development; leads employees to establish team and individual annual goals that relate to corporate KPIs and guide them in tracking these goals for each phase of a project; interviews and selects unit employees; provides timely feedback in terms of performance; recommends merit increases, transfers and promotions; counsels and disciplines employees as necessary; recommends termination when appropriate; and monitors time and attendance of subordinates.
As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

Bachelor's degree in a related field Five or more years of directly related professional-level experience.
Demonstrated experience with automotive style manufacturing automation Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing best practices Experience with Industry standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.
3, or other related industry standard Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software to produce nonstandard creative products Self-motivated, self-directed with minimum supervisory direction Strong communication and presentation skills Strong project coordination and judgment skills Ability to work under pressure and deadlines Physical Requirements The physical requirements described below are representative of those an employee must normally meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Travel Depending on candidate's home location, extensive travel abroad could be required, especially when launching a new plant.
